10Liability Limit

GGBBet will always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely. However, GGBBet does not guarantee that the service will be entirely free of interruptions at all times.

GGBBet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance.
• Failure of third parties such as gaming software providers or payment providers.
• Data loss resulting from device failure or internet connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Losses arising from valid game outcomes.

In all circumstances, GGBBet's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount held in that account at the time the incident occurs.

11Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the GGBBet support team. Before the account is closed, all outstanding bonus requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11.2 Closure by GGBBet
